Within Interoperability Services, he oversees flagship products including Network Settings Exchange, Interoperability Testing, and the Entitlements service — collectively serving as a critical bridge between mobile operators and device manufacturers, ensuring seamless and consistent end‑user experiences.

Shamit also leads GSMA's Circularity Services, connecting buyers and sellers to advance a global reverse‑commerce ecosystem, and oversees Fraud Prevention Services including IRSF.
